IN-STORE PICKUPS

PLACE YOUR ORDER ONLINE & PICK IT UP IN A STORE

Simply browse and shop around the online store and add the products you want to your cart. Once you are ready to checkout, go to the Cart page to review your order. At the bottom of the Cart page you will be able to choose the IN-STORE PICK UP option and select the Empire store location where you want to pick up you order.

IMPORTANT: It will take between 2 to 4 business days before your order is ready for pick up depending on the products and the pickup location you selected.
 

WAIT UNTIL YOUR ORDER IS READY FOR PICKUP

Once you place your order on the online store, we will need some time to pick, verify and package your products. We will then transfer your package to the store location you have selected. You will be notified by e-mail once your order is ready for pickup. PLEASE WAIT UNTIL YOU RECEIVE THE READY FOR PICK UP E-MAIL CONFIRMATION BEFORE GOING TO THE STORE.

WE WILL ASK YOU FOR ID AT PICK UP

When picking up an order in one of our retail locations we will require to see a valid government-issued photo ID showing the Billing Address for the card that was used to place the order.
