ORDERS OF 98$ OR MORE

We offer free shipping on all orders of 98$ CAD or more (REGULAR PRICE ITEMS ONLY)*, before taxes, to all valid addresses in Canada. 

*Exceptions:

Discounted items are NOT eligible for our free shipping offer. Some oversized items may not be eligible for our free shipping offer. Shipping fees are always charged for physical gift card orders. We reserve the right of choosing the carrier and service for free shipping orders.Any snowboard discounted at 30% or more and other highly discounted products identified as CLEARANCE ITEMS are not eligible for the free shipping offer. If one or more items in your order is ON CLEARANCE, the shipping fees will be charged for that order. Some oversized items like big board bags or travel bags and snowboards over 165cm are not eligible to the free shipping offer. Shipping fees are always charged for physical gift card orders.

Highly discounted products identified as CLEARANCE ITEMS are not eligible for the free shipping offer. If one or more items in your order is ON CLEARANCE, the shipping fees will be charged for that order. You can still obtain free shipping for your order if you add 98$ or more of regular priced items to your cart.* (Some exclusions apply).

 

ORDER PROCESSING TIME & SHIPPING DELAYS

All orders are shipped on business days only (Monday to Friday). Expect your package to be shipped out in the next 4 business days* following the day you place an order. Should the delay be longer, we will contact you to let you know.

IMPORTANT: The shipping service you select does not affect the processing time of your order.

 

IN STORE PICKUP HANDLING FEE

Orders placed with the In Store Pickup option are subject to a flat 4.99$ +txs handling fee. This fee is non-refundable in case of cancellation by the customer or failure to pick up the order within the prescribed delay.
