The Bent Metal ANVIL is a freestyle-first snowboard binding built for riders who want to move freely in the park and in the streets without sacrificing snap or control. Lighter than it looks and more responsive than you'd expect, it sits comfortably in the hands of intermediate to advanced freestyle riders chasing versatility over raw stiffness.

The ANVIL runs on a Uni-Body polymer chassis that soaks up chatter while an X-Frame Cored Highback (flex rated 5 out of 10) delivers directional response without locking you down. Underfoot, a Magnesium Fiber Drive Plate with a canted footbed (flex rated 6 out of 10) dials in board feel through fiberglass panels that mirror your deck's own flex. Straps include the Dual Band Soft Asymmetric Ankle Strap — shaped for freestyle freedom — and the Grip Form Toe Strap that wraps any boot securely. The Revolutionary Cube forward lean adjuster is fully tool-free, and the Large Axis Disk covers 2x4, 4x4, and Channel™ mounting patterns.

Who it's for

Built for freestyle and all-mountain riders who want a binding that moves with them rather than against them. The canted footbed reduces knee fatigue on long days, and the tool-free lean adjuster means you can fine-tune your setup right on the chairlift. If you're stomping park laps or exploring side hits, the ANVIL keeps up without weighing you down.

FAQ

  • Is the ANVIL compatible with Channel™ boards? Yes — the Large Axis Disk supports 2x4, 4x4, and Channel™ mounting patterns, so it works with most major board platforms.
  • How stiff is the ANVIL compared to other Bent Metal bindings? The highback sits at a medium flex (5/10) and the drive plate at a medium-firm (6/10), placing the ANVIL in a playful-yet-responsive range ideal for freestyle without being too loose for variable conditions.
