The Columbia Bugaboo IV is a rugged insulated snow pant designed for kids who are ready to spend full days on the mountain. Built for youth riders aged 7 to 14, it handles everyday winter conditions with no-fuss warmth, weather protection, and a fit that moves with them — not against them.
The shell uses Omni-Tech™ waterproof-breathable fabric with critically sealed seams at the seat to keep moisture out where it matters most. Inside, Omni-Heat™ silver-dot thermal-reflective lining locks in body heat without adding bulk, backed by 60g Microtemp XF II insulation for reliable warmth on cold days. The regular fit gives freedom of movement, while sewn-in articulated knees, a partial elastic waist with adjustable tabs, and silicone leg-opening grippers all work together to keep everything in place during active riding. Hammerhead-reinforced interior cuffs resist boot abrasion, and the Outgrown™ system lets you extend the cuffs to stretch the life of the pant across multiple seasons.
