The LibTech Apex Orca II is a directional all-mountain snowboard built for riders who want one board to handle everything — deep powder days, resort laps, and steep technical lines. Inspired by Travis Rice's freestyle ambitions and Mike Olson's composite engineering, it's designed for advanced to expert riders who refuse to compromise.
Built on a C2 hybrid rocker-camber profile, the Orca II features a long, voluminous nose for float in powder and a short-radius camber tail that delivers explosive pop and precise edge hold. At a flex rating of 7 out of 10, it's responsive and powerful without being punishing. The Techno Pop carbon construction layers unidirectional carbon and 30° carbon Mega X over magnesium fiber bands, wrapped around a recycled PET and FSC-certified Aspen/Paulownia wood core. A sintered base, eco-sublimated bio-based top sheet, and UHMW sidewalls round out a build that's both fast and durable.
The Apex Orca II suits advanced and expert freeriders who split their time between open pow fields and resort terrain. If you charge side hits as hard as you charge deep snow, this board keeps up. It's also a natural fit for riders looking to reduce swing weight without sacrificing drive and control.
