The Skunk Ape Camber is LibTech's answer to a very specific question: what does the ultimate all-mountain board look like for larger, powerful riders who want to charge hard and still play? Shaped as a directional twin with a longer, more relaxed nose, it transitions from groomed runs to tight tree lines without compromise — a genuine resort-to-backcountry weapon for skilled freeriders.
Built on traditional camber for maximum energy transfer and pop, the Skunk Ape Camber carries a firm but manageable flex rating of 7 out of 10. Its directional twin shape pairs a floaty ATV nose with a responsive tail, while the HP (Horsepower) construction combines a 60/40 aspen-paulownia core with triaxial and biaxial glass layering, birch internal sidewalls, UHMW sintered sidewalls, and UHMW tip and tail impact protection. The sintered knife-cut base and Serrated Steak Knife Technology — seven strategically placed edge serrations — deliver edge hold that punches well above the board's weight on hardpack and ice.
This board is built for bigger, experienced riders who want precision and power without sacrificing versatility. If you're comfortable on camber, ride aggressively, and want a single board that handles groomers, powder floats, park features, and tree runs equally well, the Skunk Ape Camber is that board. It rewards commitment and skill in equal measure.
