The Skunk Ape Twin is Lib Tech's answer for riders with larger feet who refuse to choose between the park and the mountain. A true freestyle twin with enough backbone to handle all-mountain terrain, it's built for intermediate to advanced riders who want one board that does it all — switch or not.
Built on a traditional camber profile for maximum pop, power, and precise edge control, the Skunk Ape Twin features a twin shape sized up for bigger boots, a blended 60/40 aspen-paulownia core, and triax/biax fiberglass layup — all wrapped in Lib Tech's HP (Horsepower) construction with birch internal sidewalls and a sintered base. The Serrated Steak Knife edge technology adds seven strategically placed serrations along the edge for grip that punches well above its weight on hardpack and ice.
If you wear a bigger boot and have been compromising on freestyle shape to get a platform that fits, the Skunk Ape Twin ends that negotiation. The traditional camber rewards skiers making a move to snowboarding or experienced riders who want that locked-in, responsive feel underfoot. It's equally at home lapping the park, hitting street features, or charging groomers and powder stashes between runs.
