The North Wind 3-Layer Outer Shell is a technical shell pant built for women who ride hard and need gear that keeps up. Designed without added insulation, it pairs with your own layering system to handle variable mountain conditions — from bluebird groomers to deep storm days.

Constructed from a 3-layer laminate with 15,000mm waterproof and 15,000g/m²/24h breathability ratings, every seam is fully sealed to keep moisture out even in sustained wet snow. The face fabric blends nylon and spandex for stretch and durability, with a knit polyester backer for smooth layering. The relaxed, oversized fit moves freely over base and mid-layers, while knee articulation keeps the cut comfortable and natural through turns. Practical details include zippered side pockets, large cargo pockets, a snow-sealing waist system, waterproof zippers throughout, and inner boot gaiters with elastic cuffs to lock out snow at the cuff.
