The Rome Viper is a directional twin built for riders who refuse to pick a favourite zone on the mountain. Whether you're threading trees, laying out groomers, or chasing powder stashes, this board is designed to keep up without making you work around its limitations. It's a confident, medium-stiff all-mountain weapon for intermediate to advanced riders ready to own every condition.

Riding on a Fusion Camber profile — positive camber with small rocker pockets at the contact points — the Viper delivers the edge hold and pop of a traditional camber board with just enough forgiveness to stay playful. The Directional Twin shape with a slightly longer nose lets you ride switch without hesitation while still favouring a forward stance in variable terrain. A flex rating of 6 out of 10 puts it on the stiffer side of versatile, great for generating drive at speed. The Directional Diamond 3D nose geometry reduces edge catches and boosts float in powder, while the Directional Double Kick adds tail stability for powerful landings and deep-snow performance. The Bamboo Omega HotRod core construction — carbon sleeves wrapped around the rods — delivers a lively, responsive feel underfoot, and the SinterStrong sintered base keeps maintenance low and speed high.

Who It's For

This board is dialled in for intermediate to advanced riders who want a single quiver option that performs across the whole mountain. If you ride confidently at speed, like to drop into pow when it shows up, and don't want to be held back on groomers either, the Viper is built around your riding. It rewards commitment — the stiffer flex and camber profile return energy when you push.

FAQ

  • Is the Viper good for park riding? The Directional Twin shape means switch tricks are accessible, but with a flex of 6/10 and a camber-dominant profile, it's more at home on natural terrain than in the park.
  • What binding system does the Viper use? The Viper uses a standard 2 x 4 insert pattern, compatible with most major binding brands.
