The Volcom Nailer is a no-nonsense shell pant built for riders who want room to move and real weather protection. With a baggy, relaxed-rise silhouette and durable waterproof construction, it suits park laps, pow days, and everything in between — a go-to option for recreational and progressive riders alike.
At its core, the Nailer runs a 10,000mm / 10,000g/m² waterproof-breathable rating through a V-Science 2-Layer recycled plain weave shell treated with a PFAS-free DWR. Critical seams are taped for added weather integrity, while the V-Science breathable lining manages moisture on the inside. The Zip Tech® interface connects seamlessly to compatible Volcom jackets, the stone butt patch and triple-reinforced rise add durability where it counts, and boot gaiters with lace hooks seal out snow at the cuffs.
The Nailer is made for riders who prioritize a relaxed, skate-influenced fit without sacrificing protection on the mountain. If you ride hard on variable days and want pants that can handle wind, wet snow, and a few slams, this shell delivers the coverage.
